“Deep Calls Unto Deep” An Hour of Mindfulness & Meditation  This meditation group meets in person on Monday evenings in Palmer (typically the 2nd and 4th  of each month, other times in the months may also be added as there is interest). It is  a time of exploratory guided meditation for people of all meditative experience levels, guided by Steven Sousa.

Various types of meditation are practiced including Mindfulness, Progressive relaxation (body scan), Metta (lovingkindness), Spiritual, Silent, Visualization, and Movement Meditations.

All are welcome to participate and explore the many spiritual, social and health benefits of the meditative experience. The meeting is held in the Fellowship House at St. Paul’s at 1060 Central Street.
