"Deep calls unto Deep"
Mindfulness & Meditation Meetings
"Deep Calls Unto Deep" is a contemplative mindfulness and meditation group that offers a peaceful, welcoming space where shared stillness becomes the ground for insight, connection, and compassionate living. The group is open to people of all experience levels and is guided by Steven. Sousa.

Rather than following a single tradition, the practice draws from a range of contemplative approaches, with an emphasis on presence, attentiveness, and inner peace. Gatherings may include mindfulness meditation, body awareness, lovingkindness (metta), silent meditation, gentle movement, visualization, and other reflective practices. Participants are always free to engage in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful to them.

The spirit of sangha — a supportive community of practice — is gently nurtured as we come together in shared silence, listening, and reflection.
