Where: St. Paul’s Unitarian Universalist Church, Palmer, MA (in our dedicated Meditation Room)
🕊️ Looking for calm, clarity, or simply a place to pause? The Deep Calls Unto the Deep is a community meditation and mindfulness group, meeting once a month to explore the richness of stillness together.
Each gathering includes guided meditation, time for quiet mindfulness, and space to reflect in community.
No prior experience is needed—whether you are a longtime practitioner or brand new to meditation, you are warmly welcome.
