Grief Gathering is a gentle, welcoming support group for anyone living with the loss of a loved one. Whether your grief is recent or something you’ve carried quietly for years, you are invited to come as you are. There is no pressure to speak and no expectation to “be” any particular way — only a space for honesty, reflection, and compassionate presence.

The group meets in the Peach Parlour at St. Paul’s and offers a calm setting for shared conversation, quiet listening, and meaningful connection. Each gathering may include a brief reading, reflective theme, or simple meditative moment. Grief Gathering is not therapy, but it is deeply supportive. It is open to all, regardless of church affiliation or religious background.
